[BUG] Can't suit up at rover w/ flag.

Maybe this isn't a bug, but it seems to me you should be able to use the quick favorites from outside the rover when you have the flag.
 
Also, are you supposed to be stuck for the 5 odd seconds when you spawn from a rover? You can't move, but you can shoot at people. It kind of bobs you up and down. This happens every time you spawn from a rover, but also happens occasionally at regular inventories.

Yeah, it just says "Your not gettin in here with that". I think you should be able to use the inventory while carrying the flag.
