[T:V] CTF and the point system.

First thing.. you think it would be better to have an even point system (same cap limit on every map, like most games), or stay with the uneven capouts?

Second thing.. in tribes ctf, in order to score you need your own flag to be home. Now, what if the game had more of a halo style ctf where you can cap, but your flag doesnt have to be home? just a thought..

Personally, I'm for keeping the uneven cap limits, but the halo-style ctf would be interesting to test out. One big thing I can see, is eliminating turtling..
 
As much as it hurts to say it the turtle is a nessisary part of the game. If there is no danger of a turtle those mid game 3-3 battles for the base wouldnt be so intense. A 1 cap lead wouldnt be as important. It also adds depth to the game by keeping it open, if a team can do it, one team will do it. And uneven capouts should still exist IMO, some maps are more fast and cap intensive where others are slower and require a longer buildup for a cap.
 
You will get points for completing the primary objective on a map. Capping a flag for instance. you will not get points for other important things which are not the objective of the map. Touching a flag for instance. Or urinating on a generator (damn, gave away another feature).
