Just damned sad...

I was on HV's tribes 2 server recently, at one point the topic of conversation turned to T:V and T1.

A lot of the people involved in that had never played Tribes 1, so the ones telling them about it talked like T1 was a semi-mystical wonder...

Unfortunately, everything they were talking about was from renegheydes and they were talking like it was the base game.

I tried to enlighten them that what they were being told was a MOD, and not base tribes 1, which was a different (and much better) animal.

I got a "you don't know what ur talking about so STFU" for my trouble.

Can a renegades player understand base?

One can only listen to the Tao and follow it.

But is it not the Tao that is listening to you?
