Texas was the best IRC Channel ever created.
Formed during the State vs. State Tribes Tournament to facilitate communication, it was one of the few of these channels that survived after its end and became its own community.
OJGate
While meandering about the bottom floor of his dormitory, a cute young woman asked Funky to assist her in opening her bottle of Orange Juice that she had procured from a vending machine. Funky took this opportunity to engage the beautiful girl in conversation, and promptly flushed it down the toilet. Later, Funky felt this might have been his chance for love and stalked the vending machine for days afterwards hoping to meet her again. It was not meant to be.
Lubbock 2k4
Several Members of #Texas gathered around the campus at Texas Tech University for an impromptu meeting of users of the channel. Much partying and drinking ensued, as it was Funky's birthday as well. Prowler threw up several times, which Gangrel reminds him of constantly, for no particular reason, on Tribalwar by posting photographs someone took.
