Basically, their argument is that the FCC is part of the administrative branch and as such doesn't get to just make new shit up, that's what Congress is for.

Yeah what ISP's want is to charge high usage end points like netflix extra to get "faster access" to them.

"Would you like our complimentary internet that you probably can't even load google ORRRRRRRRRR for a low low price of 35 bucks a day get a connection that you can stream (haha you mean buffer 75% of the time) netflix.
