Hey there thanks for the patch, all I need now is an idiots guide to learn how to use it.
Had 1.8 installed, unzipped rar to base, ran tribes then t1vista, no luck.
Rebooted, ran t1vista w/o tribes running, no luck.
I just got the 1.8 to 1.11 patch, so that might fix it, who knows.
I think it would be in the best interest of the Tribes community to have a step by step guide to using this patch, so the base numbers of players can be increased so there is more noob fodder to increase my stats! j/k.... I think.
Thanks for all the work done to make this work, I'll be twiddling my thumbs
waiting with perked ears to find such a guide, so I can point my evil co-workers to it, so that in turn I can blow them up bwaahaahaa. :)

Well, I got it worked out, and I can say that YES, Tribes can run on Vista Home Basic
with the NoFiX patch 1.11, & Lasthope worked after some tweaking, like ya'll say...
w0000t!!!!
