Killzone 2 Demo to go head to head with Halo 3 Beta?

Will Sony be attempting to counter the Halo 3 Beta with a 'mega-hit' of its own? After the controversial release of the Killzone 2 game play video it quietly slipped back 'under the radar'. Maybe we'll find out just how far $21 million dollars can go towards a possible Sony blockbuster.

I think it would be awesome if they could achieve 80% of what they showed in the CG demo movie they released a couple years back.
Halo 3 or Killzone 2 will probably be teh deciding factor 'for me' in which will be my next console (I just grabbed Wii - it's a blast to play).
