The frogs are extra tonight

There's a pond near where I live that's always filled with frogs and toads. Although now that I think about it I haven't heard many ever since I rescued a snapping turtle from the nearby road and moved him to the pond.
 
I didn't hear any bullfrogs Plas.....whats up with that? Figured you guys had them out in Iowa.....rivers/lakes around me are filled with them in Illinois.
