And there's no reason you couldn't combine them, but I wasn't sure how many people have both soundpacks and so there's no harm in building separate lists. Do you think more people have both than have only one or the other?

If one's intent is to annoy people, which I think is generally the case with spam scripts, then I would argue that it's less satisfying if you think your target might only hear 50% of the sounds you are spamming at them.

If you call two(or three if you included tribes base) taunts at the same time, one from each pack, but alternate order each time you can have random spam for everyone... depending on which voice packs they have they'll only hear the last sound sent but at least it guarantees something is heard no matter which packs they have.
