get a good reviewed monohydrate if u have money

get a regular one thats cheap from metro or loblaws or some grocery store health section if not there is very little difference

google "loading phase creatine"

do the loading phase (25g a day first 2 weeks)

then switch to 5g a day for rest of life

never come off creatine (srsly) unless ur getting really bloated or just get lazy or something

this never happens tho


creatine gonna put on some water weight but the gains u will get especially if u r a starting lifter r gonna be huge. it definitely helps u get that 1 or 2 last rep and lift heavier which gives u the gainz

most important thing tho is gym consistency

fuk i been smoking so much weed and drinking beer and being lazy last month i gotta get back @ it

ya i havent been 2 gym in 19 days

get dat micronized creatine and just eat 5g per day, imo loading phase isnt really necessary this imo and also facts too

it will help u no question tho

u guys are fukn fitness braindead

take any creatine monohydrate its all the same ****.

u dont need to load. its a saturation type of supp. it makes u hold water so it makes ur joints slightly bigger so u can lift a tiny bit more and maybe bust out an extra rep from the extra energy in 8--12 rep sets.

eat a ton for a year and get stronger for a year and that 1 extra rep might add up to 1 lb of muscle (which is a lot)

but no it wont save u if ur weak or lazy. see results ^

other than that u r bringing nothin new

just get the cheapest monohydrate you can find (prob at walmart) -- it's all the same

creatine works for some and doesn't work so well for others

make sur eyou dreink lots of water
