sad that most ppl just sit in front of the computer and don't do anything with their lives.

dp is mad cuz i got better than him while playing a lot less. i stopped playing because you guys just try to ruin games and rage for no reason.

my personal belief is that the average guy should be able to squat/deadlift 400 lbs for several reps, bench press 315 lbs, and overhead press 200 lbs

that is sufficient strength to be a) more than capable of handling typical day-to-day situations, as well as being capable of handling many unusual situations and b) healthy/fit

past that is pointless for anyone not interested in competition

kdt is a spergy young asian kid from la who is obsessed with the pick up artist dood and for an entire summer would go to gym and then come play tribe and talk about pick up artist and how he deadlift

he also cheated in tribe and stopped playing within the week that an anticheat was forced on every1 by opsayo

now he dead lifts 600lb and likely found a supermodel girlfriend and is too good for this form/tribes etc etc

i am jealous

i can confirm i am better than DP in all aspects of life basically. he's a little sheep who fanboys over tribes players hard. very cringeworthy and even imitates their typing

sits in front of teh pooter year after year and still sux @ the game.

dp are you good at anything in life?

i think those r generous numbers 4 most guys because most guys don't have the base fitness 2 work up 2 that level without getting hurt

i think more realistic targets are benching bodyweight, 2x bodyweight for squat/dl, and close to bodyweight OHP

ne way most dudes r hella weak and think doin deadlift will kill them or sumthin

i dunno, i think the limiting factor is really just people's minds

i can get scrawny dudes and out-of-shape fat dudes alike benching bodyweight for 3 sets of 5 in just a couple of months

typical progress is 60-80lbs on the squat and around 50lbs on the bench in 2 months

tbh lifting is overrated and nobody cares. lift if you enjoy it. people treated me the same when i was deadlifting 225 to 315 to 405 to 500+

the only difference is more stares and people don't come up to you as often because scared to approach etc

I only deadlift 340lbs for 5 reps.
I weigh around 155 lbs though.

you much stronger than I.
