Carry permit should come in the mail in the next couple of weeks. I bought a $75 belt last week since my old ones weren't thick enough to hold a holster and ordered one of these Kahr Holster Options | PJ Holster LLC (the one at the bottom)

Unless you're from VT or AK, where you can carry either open or concealed without having a permit to apply for.

yeah good luck finding one. Most places are still filling orders from September or October, and last I heard from S&W they have a six month back order at the factory for any new orders being placed.

if u are willing 2 spend u should get a glock 26

.40 provide nothing much in term of fire power & is a lot more expensive

u get 9mm if u a smart guy i think

i'd rather have a 9mm than a .40. higher capacity, cheaper ammo, less recoil, easier to be accurate with, and it will kill a man just as easily.

extra capacity is the one major advantage of 9mm over .40

recoil is extremely subjective and can vary wildly across different weapons of the same caliber

I recently purchased a Kahr pm9.

If you are actually planning on carrying it regularly, I'd recommend it, or the cheaper cm9, over the glock 26. Its magazine has the rounds on top of each other, allowing it to be a much slimmer gun, but it can't hold as many rounds as the glock 26 because of this, but is much more comfortable to carry.

here's hickok45's review
