sarbuze I'd hope you'd crush that time since my training consisted of drinking beer and mountain biking.

1:34:something half marathon, 1/1/12, hungover and overweight.

I'll submit a 485 squat:

I have a 500 squat but it's kinda ****ed up because both are of questionable depth and I adjusted the hooks on the monolift right before this attempt and they didn't swing far enough back and I got caught underneath them on the way up:

just realized that you split the chin up and pull up.
What I did on my PFT were actually chin ups (palms in)
I did 30 (weight: 205lbs or 93kg) 2003
wooo!

edit:
and here is a weird one...
My HIM 70.3 was actually a 69.1 (swim was cancelled)
I did it in 5:17

I was a guy that was nothing better than what it took it to make it for a crap scholarship.

I get the modesty, but a 2:28 marathon is fast, perfect conditions or not.

a 2:28 is god damn ridiculous

considering 2:15 is the elite threshold (maybe its closer to 2:10 now) that's an incredible acheivement

I think 2:18 is the current olympic trial qualifying time.

And I'm sure that 2:28 was decades ago.

Some of you guys are animals. I'll post some of mine, just my track times/records from a few years ago.

from a 6'0", 158Lb. guy:
High Jump: 6'1"
Long Jump: 18'4"
Triple Jump: 40'11"
800: 1:59.23 4/20/2012
1 Mile: 5:14
600:1:31
5K: 18:14, nov. 4 2011

Squat: 310, 5, I got a hernia on the last rep (lifting was never my thing, still isn't)
Bench: 185, 6

uh, nothing else of note really. I could dunk a basketball my senior year in HS though.

My first trail 50 mile: 12:33 results (tim smith)

Training for 100 this October, same event as above. Lots of hills!

crap, if I could bench 375 I'd walk around shouting it to the world (like that planet fitness commercial: "hey, did anyone in here lose a washboard? 'cause I found one. just kidding, it's my abs")

how long did it take you to get to those numbers?
