Took another long errand ride at lunch, and detoured through city park on the way back because it was too perfect not to.

went to this great store in LA on my trip called Orange 20 and got one of their team jerseys. had to haggle with them to get one cus they didn't even know how much they paid for it its great though, blue, redish orange and cream striped and says "Juiced" on the front. also got a brooklyn chewing gum jersey

awesome. cool place, if you are ever in LA i suggest checking it out. its mostly a fixed gear spot but they carry lots of stuff. Orange 20 Bikes

seriously contemplating moving out to cali or colorado, the hills around here are just ultra tempting

Jens Voigt loves the Tour of California, but Californians are not as fond of the earthquakes.

It only took me a month and change of shopping around and waiting for delivery but I finally finished building and put 10 miles on it to make sure it was honky dory.

Bike

Retail $2379 - Paid $1300

Ultegra / Dura Group

Retail $750 - Paid $235

Wheelset

Retail $750 - Paid $500

Tires / Tubes

Retail $100 - Paid $40

FSA SLK-Pro Carbon Crank

Retail - $400-$500 <-lololol - Paid $149 w/ BB.

~Retail $4400 - ~Paid $2300 minus $450 I sold group for.

Final price - $1775 for everything all brand new pewpew.

It looks gorgeous and it rides great. I don't want to have to do this again for a long, long time. I have turned into some sort of bicycle part shopping addict as I am constantly checking all the major US/European part vendors and sporadically eBay for sales.

I need to check into a detox center for it =[

The weather is perfect again though so as long as it holds I will be staying the **** out of the gym for my cycling training =D

Now to build my gf's bicycle that arrived today and change out rear derailleur. Woo friggin hoo ;/

I keep my guns right next to my bike!

I am getting pretty good at building/breaking them down. I had never even changed a tire and tube until today though. Easier than I thought.

Finished building gf's bike as well. ****ing so dirty and the ******* had it almost completely disassembled when he sent it to me probably out of spite since he didn't want to sell it cause it went so cheap on eBay and tried to renege out of it. Spent two hours cleaning it completely and didn't have a pin ring for the chain so only thing left to do. That and put new bar tape. **** has like electrical tape on it ;P

<3 sleepy time.
