he's at broscience phase 2 or 3 now, advanced "hypertrophy" routine, broccoli, chicken and rice every meal, wants to tell you everything he thinks he knows to help you.. dude's nailing it
couple more years though, he'll have his form down and start squatting and deadlifting and he won't need calipers to detect muscle growth

What I do know, is that I'm still fat, and can still benefit from cutting.. so that's what I'm continuing to do

Deadlift day.
DL 3x3
Lat Pulldown 4x12
DB Bent Over Rows 4x15
Reverse Hyperextensions 4x12
Hanging Leg Raises 4x15
Did bad plate math between second and third DL set, ended with my third set being 45 over what I had planned. Which is good, I guess, because it means my max is much higher than I have been estimating, but it's bad in that I feel like I've been hit with a truck and it shows me how poorly my grip strength is progressing relatively.

post a video
typically it's not a flexibility issue, but rather a proprioceptive issue
to get into position, this is the step-by-step:
1. stand with barbell over center of foot, about 1" from shins (center of whole foot, not just the visible portion)
2. without bending your knees, bend over and grab the bar with a grip just outside of your legs
3. touch your shins to the bar without moving it forward
4. without pushing the bar forward with your legs, take a deep breath, arch your lower back as hard as you can and raise your chest... you should be thinking **** to the ceiling and dick to the dirt

remember to keep your shoulder blades pulled back (big chest)
i would add that when you take your deep breath, focus more on breathing into your belly rather than raising your shoulders up like most people do when asked to take a deep breath. this will help a great deal in supporting your back and spine almost like wearing a belt.
recording a video of yourself will also be very helpful like belial said.

What worked for me is to think about lifting with the quads in the initial pull while keeping my (lower) back straight.
Also, boxing for an hour and a half.
