nothing is wrong with it

not only is bdave one of stupid pussies who thinks ppl can't squat and deadlift in the same session, but also he has been stuck at the same weights for a year now... so pay that bodyweight-exercise fanatic no mind

one guy has over 400lb bench, 600 squat, 600 deadlift, 250 snatch, 350 cj

other guy thinks bw exercises and backpack pushups make someone super strong yet he can barely rep 300 front squats and lacks a 300 bench.. repeatedly fails, builds back up and fails at the same weight again--for a year straight

you're a dumbass when it comes to strength & conditioning dave, and you always will be

I'm also not afraid of internet tough guys or midgets who can wrestle

What? I haven't done any bw exercises or backpack pushups in years. I also don't believe I've brought that **** up in years, either. You argue like a woman, bringing stuff up of from almost a decade ago.
Nig, if you think your 400 lbs bench is gonna help you when I arm throw you straight in to the ground, you got some serious issues. Weight training is my GPP. I have no desire for my DL, FS or bench to be above 405, 315 and 225, respectively.

My advice isn't ****ty. It's stuff that's straight from chad waterbury, dr mcgill, rippetoe (sp), wendler, etc. Nor do I really give out advice. The most recent advice I've given out is on tapering/peaking.

you are really good at misinterpreting **** experts say and twisting their words to fit your weird outlook on things

my point has never been that you can't squat 600, its that you are perpetually stuck in numbers that you should have blown by AGES ago, with proper training... I understand lifting is supplemental, which is why you should be repping over 400 deadlifts rather than 500s etc etc

ill make sure to steer clear of you though if I see your 3'4" scrawny chupacabra ass in person since you have been nice enough to make it clear you are capable of beating up ppl twice your size and strength
