1 mile run this morning hit the gym for an hour for some back and biceps feeling good other than my in-grown toe nail...

12 miles trail running. Terrain running is easier on the joints but I'm more sore afterward because of the collateral muscle recruitment that doesn't happen as much on flat ground.

have to have strong ankles for it too. Every surface has it's pros/cons.

I did a short 30 min bike then a 5k

Chest/abs
db bench on swiss ball x 5 sets
weighted dips x 4sets
incline bench supersetted with db flys x 3 sets
cable flys x 6 sets ( 3 upper, 3 normal)

abs:
weighted rope cruch super setted with ab wheel x 10 sets

cardio 20mins intervals on stairs, 10min jump rope

My day was crazy, with swollen ankle

5 miles swimming + diving exercise (for a test I'll be taking in 3 weeks)
gymnastic ring strength training
yoga
photoshoot for a magazine cover
show training (acting and koreographing the show).

was awake for 18 hours of which I trained for 10.5 hours.

i need to rest my ankle more, but I can't I have the show (mentioned above) in two weeks + I got the test in 3 weeks. (it's qualification test for THE hardest school in Finland to get, in ie. Sport university in jyväskylä).

You have no idea, the sports uni here is the only university level sport faculty in whole country. So every hot girl that wants to be uni level sports instructor applies...
I do love living in this city, as over 30% of the population here are university students (other faculties too). lot's of good looking educated females.

yesterday was a day off for me, not my choice to day though it's back to the normal routine uninterrupted for a long while I hope

i felt a little stir crazy on my day off yesterday but i needed it to let my legs rest

rest days are important unless you want to take even more time off when injury forces you to do nothing but heal

Glare, it's called "University Of Sports"
well it has 3 majors you can attend to "Sport biology", "Sports pedagogics" and "Sport sociology" . i think it's self explanatory what each major focuses on. In pedagogics they teach you to become school teacher for sports or coach, biology basically means you'll be a researcher of some sort and sociology is like sports manager (in business sense) or government worker trying to prevent obesity etc.

1) Pull ups x 10 sets (5 regular grip, 5 Wide)
2) Mililitary Pull Ups super setted bent over bb rows underhand. x 3 sets
3) Chin ups super setted with db rows x 3 sets
4) seated close grip rows super setted with bent over bb rows overhand x 3 sets
5) lat pull downs super setted with front lat extentions?(**** if i know what they're called) x 3 sets
6) straight leg dead lifts x 6 sets
7) hammer curls super setted with rverse curls x 6 sets
8) zottman curls x 3 sets

cardio
30 Min Intervals on stairs
15 Min Steady State on stairs
15 Min Jump rope
DEATH!

Today was awesomely brutal

I'm thinking about doing a light run now that I've had time to recover from the Soldier Field 10. I mean, it's not aching too much, so I think I can still do a light 3 to 5 mile jog. Stairs were my enemy all weekend...
