the crystal castles style seems like it would be good but i think they just blow ass.
mgmt had ok moments but overall kinda lame.
viva la vida loco or whatever the fuck it was called by coldplay was actually kinda good. a little too U2ish though.
i liked both the nine inch nails albums (even the long weird one).
the kills new album was pretty meh.
the black keys new one was disappointing.
does it offend you yeah was alright i guess.
portishead's new one was pretty decent.

i didnt really listen to anything else. either i missed all the good shit or 2007 was WAY better. ill have to check out some of those from your list there.
