Welcome to Parrillo Performance

edit:

bomba, the protein factory does pretty much the same thing. i could've sworn i got the link from here a long time ago but i've done business with the guys a few times when money flows a bit more freely:

Damn that looks awesome. Has anyone bought the Never Gymless book and would care to give a review? Seems pretty interesting, my friends and I actually have the idea of building our own training equipment.

I don't have either but there's an entire thread of extremely positive reviews of both books here:

Review: Ross Enamait's Infinite Intensity - Sherdog Mixed Martial Arts Forums

I'll probably pick them up at some point but I feel like I'll be too tempted to try out a lot of workouts I shouldn't be doing (injured) right now.

Made a pair of these yesterday for about $35. Only difference being I used some rubber PVC over a thinner layer of tape and I didn't need the hose clamps.

Vertical Jump Calculator

Find out your theoretical jump height in inches from a full olympic squat or a high catch power snatch.
You can also see how much youd need to full olympic squat to reach a certain jump height.

i made a set of those wheels and absolutely love them. i think the grand total for mine was a little over 15 bucks for two with the most expensive item being the duct tape.

ExRx Exercise and Muscle Directory: ExRx Exercise & Muscle Directory

Not adding a link, but definitely recommending this site, it does a great job of breaking down the major/minor muscle groups and exercises/lifts to help build them up. Has definitely helped mix my workout routines up.

just found this, don't know if it's been posted anywhere. looks like a great overall resource for working out/nutrition. Especially for those of you looking to skip paying for/going to a gym.

Scoobys Home Bodybuilding Workouts

I know I can't be bothered to ever actually go to the gym so it is a lot easier to develop a routine I can sustain at the house.

So you're saying that doing gymnastics is better than lifting weights, or that lifting weights at home isn't practical at all?
