what i was saying before is you can spend less time in the gym with free weights and get better results for stamina, strength, size ect...

I asked my friend how he can do so many pushups. Hes like well since i can bench 355 and i weigh 168lbs, a pushup is like nothing for me. "It feels like nothing"

You have a lean body type though which is great. When you add 15lbs of muscle you wont look bulky at all.

But like bomba said, if you are truly happy thats 100% what matters.

for chest ya. You will notice a huge change in your chest once you start lifting barbell bench.

I do other things on other days that does some chest like dips and standing military presses.

Barbell Military Press

Oh and slut, I finally switched to bb bench this week. I was always timid of trying because I didn't want to get trapped under the bar and I don't got to the gym with anyone. Anyway, I can bench at least 15% - 20% more weight with a bb then I could with just straight db. It was great.

by no means am i an expert in the gym but i know if you lift hard and eat hard you will get amazing results. When i first benched i was so worried about it getting stuck on me. I said one day, "i dont care if it gets stuck on me. Im lifting it." From then on i got the bb stuck on me MANY TIMES with 225 before. I had to roll that **** off my chest. Is it embarrassing? Hell ya but you KNOW you left the gym pushing your hardest. And knowing you pushed the hardest you can, makes you really grow. The days where you leave the gym half assed arent the days you grow. I also try to stay with exercises that work lots of muscles and require balance. Benching, standing up military press, squats, bent over bb rows, ect.. You can get very strong just using a bb for every excercise.

My workout has been reduced a lot since im freediving and spearfishing a lot now. Its a shame you cant really train on land that much to freedive. You have to be in the water to get improvements.

Jesus, that's bad. I'm glad you shaped up.

At one point I was 128 and benched 165, which I thought was pretty good for someone that doesn't work out. I recently started exercising again. Sorry, no pics... but I have definitely noticed a difference, mostly in my triceps.
