i had some from the winter and i cant find them, i dont remember if i backed them up before my format or not now :|

iam gonna take some in a month or 2 after my diet has been in effect for a lil

i had pictures from this winter when i was bulking but i cant find them its pissing me off

Great, Im 5'9" and about 152... I have to add 48 more lbs of muscle to look like that... Damnit.

why would you want to? that's too big look too disproportionate imo, lean & cut is WHERE ITS AT BABY

so snapple steroids?

not that you've had to. I know a few people who have similar builds that don't use steroids. Just wondering

at any rate what were your main lifts like during the 215 bulking phase.

this was me in high school... i think it was my frosh or soph year. 1998/99. I was 13 at the time. This is when i came up with "asian boy" I'm 5'9" and i think 110 lbs at the time



then i started swimming throughout the rest of HS, and started lifting in college, this was me after freshman year in college (2003). 135 lbs, 5% body fat, max bench 245.

this is one of the few pics i have lying around (was for some tw ninja thread that -69-Glow killed by pposting a pic of himself naked on the toilet). i'm not too much of a camera person.


cleaned up my appearance too.



now i do muay thai, i've managed to put on 30 pounds since i graduated college. now that i've hit my target weight (160) i'm going to stop gaining and try to maintain that weight. i've stopped lifting as much as i did in college, and do more conditioning, so of course all of my actual lifting numbers have dropped since then. i'll probably get back into it eventually, but i'm at a good size for now and i prefer more functional strength over just getting big in the gym.

right now i train muay thai 4 days a week. m/w/f, 6pm-10pm. 1 hr warmups/stretching/conditioning, 30 mins bag work, 30 mins technique, 1 hr with thai pads / focus mitts / shield, then 1 hr sparring. saturdays i spar starting at 2pm to whenever, usually end at 4pm or so. trying to work up to 10 rounds straight without a break. tu/th/sun are my supposed gym days but usually i just lift light and chill.

oh and i don't take any supplements, not even protein shakes or energy bars or ****.

hs i was skinny cause... well, i'm asian. and i swam.

in college, i stayed lean because i didn't like the dining hall food too much, so i would just get a plate of 4-5 chicken breasts with some bbq sauce, a sweet potato, a salad, and a bowl of fruit. it was a ****ton of food, but it wasn't junk i was eating so my body didn't gain much fat.

when i was trying to gain the 30 lbs for muay thai, i had a steak burrito with rice and beans for lunch 5 days a week.

i just adjust my diet accordingly instead of taking other stuff. i figure you can get what you need if you eat properly, so if you can figure out your diet you can (a) save some money by not having to buy all that extra crap and (b) maintain your eating habits in different situations, i.e. if i'm traveling i don't have to worry about not getting my protein shake after a workout in the hotel gym, or w/e the ****

Wow, motivating freaking thread. I've gotta stop being so lazy and start working out again, particularly the core of my body (abs etc)

I'm 5'10 and 175 pounds, but was told that I need to lower my cholestoral by the VA. Ideally, I want to be a toned 170 pounds.

Oh, and remind me never to talk **** to snapple again lest he rips my face off
