alright...i found an older pic from last summer. I looked like that up until the end of March(at 227 lbs). So, basically its a 5 month transformation. Notice the fat roll under that fine t-shirt
I am now at about 193lbs which I have been at since June maybe.
im still not comfortable with my appearance..but im working so hard

not trying to be an ass, but that doesn't look like someone at 135lbs that benches almost twice his weight
edit: maybe a better pic would help out, i dont know

i agree, I weight 160 pounds and my arms are way bigger than yours and I cannot bench 245

chest matters more than arms, and strength isn't directly proportionate to size
when i weighed 120 and benched over 250, i didn't look very big

i didnt point out the arms thing, i was mentioning moreso the chest. if anything, the arms in the pic are decently developed, and the chest not developed at all
im not calling shens, it could always just be a bad angle

I dont know, weight and max bench don't seem to be a big deal....I know lots of little guys who can bench like twice their own bodyweight...im 155 and can only do 180 5 reps though .
Your right, his chest does look underdeveloped, but nice arms.

There's a difference between muscle size and muscle quality.

kmz's bench is perfectly reasonable
back when i lifted regularly (ninja pic) i weighted 135, worked out with 185/205 in sets of 5-6. i never maxed but if i went for it i could probably have worked up to 245.
i was 5% body fat. your arms might be bigger, but we're in better shape and more dense.
pic for reference
