Belial, nice work, you're about the shape I'd like to be in. What's your body fat %?

Honestly, my diet kind of sucks ass. For the first month or two, I usually had some sort of pasta/meat combo for dinner like raman and tuna or spaghetti & meat sauce. In June, I decided I'd actually start counting calories a bit since I started taking creatine. So, for one week I ate 6-7 meals a day that came out to be something around 40/40/20 (prot/carb/fat). I ate about 3500-4000 calories each day. After that week, I went through a week of nothing but fast food and garbage because of ****ty work hours. Then the last couple of weeks I've been eating 3 meals a day, trying to eat around 2200-2500 calories a day. I noticed that even though my job is very physically demanding, 3500 calories was putting on weight too quickly, so it probably was just fat. After every workout session, I always drink a glass of Muscle Milk, and I work out 4 times a week.
I'm 5'10" and my bf% is probably around 10%, maybe 8... I'm not really sure. Pretty much all of the fat on my body is at my midsection.
And yea, my shoulder blades are just big -- they always have been.
To me, I don't feel like I've made much progress, but the weight increase and no noticeable difference in fat means that what isn't water weight is definitely muscle. I'd say I've probably gained around 5-8lbs of muscle.

Belial, you look way bigger than 150-155. You look 150-155 in the first set, and now like 165-170. Are you sure you have an accurate scale?
I thought you were going to say like 5'7" or 5'8".

Yea, I'm positive about my weight. I'm consistent from scale to scale.

I was going to say gj but you mentioned creatine... except I don't really know what the deal with creatine is other than that I've heard it's pretty much a legal steroid

theres my blury photo (forgot to flex, not pumped) that I took in the mirror an hour ago when I decided to post in this thread. I dunno what direction I'll go in. A lot of you guys look like you have a lot of excellent definition.
It's hard for me to want to work on definition because I feel like I'll lose strength. Not going up on a lift would be somewhat depressing. I dunno how much I could handle going down on lifts.

My strength increases as I get bigger/more cut
Becoming defined has more to do with eating habits than anything else

yeah definition has a lot to do with dieting in the sense of losing weight
kinda like getting stronger has a lot to do with dieting in the sense of gaining weight
like in your first set of pictures you are more cut and in your second set you are bigger
