certain web scribes are not legitimate members. you posting on your myspace does not make you a journalist.

you have to get high up on the ladder.. when you're getting paid, and you have an editor deciding what goes where.. thats about the line you need to cross to be legitimate, imo. its a grey area, though.

I think legitimate press would imply "would suffer consequences from being wrong", some nerdling in his basement has no risk from spreading rumor
