I have reported Tribalwar.com to the FCC.

Perhaps there are other laws, but I've never heard of the FCC being used to take down rape sites

yeah I think that might be it. ALl i Know is there are federal obscenity laws that almost never get used.

edit: "In Reno v. ACLU, the Supreme Court struck down indecency laws applying to the Internet, which casts serious doubt on the FCC’s ability to ever punish speech using the vague label of “indecency.”"

i think the laws would be in place if those sites cannot prove conclusively that what they're depicting is not real rape

there's probably a United States Code that they use, like all the porn sites have to include USC 2257 and 28 somewhere on them, to prove that all the actors and actresses are of legal age

The FBI is generally the one that enforces those (in the rare cases when they get enforced).

Generally by conducting "state-line" stings where they order shit into a state that disallows it.

I have forgone posting the list of people to be banned, for two reasons:

1. The administrators have made it clear that they are not interested in enforcing the rules or maintaining a standard of decency.
2. The list is so large that it might well include the majority of members whose material I read.

Instead, I must sadly report that I had to take this to the next step. After the incredible amount of hateful things said about me, and the threatening pictures posted repeatedly in the thread I posted this morning, I fear that I may be a victim of other crimes such as identity theft at the hands of members of this forum. Since the people of this forum have proven they cannot police themselves, I have reported Tribalwar.com to the FCC, the government agency in charge of enforcing standards on the internet.

I sent my complaint via e-mail to fccinfo@fcc.gov. I will notify you when I receive a response, although your administrators will know as well.

This sounds like something I would have done to get Col going.
I personally think it's too bad Rayn banned him already. We could have milked this one for a few days of entertainment.

I think if Matt survived all the irate parents and the Church of the whatever that dislike Musashi's Passion movie....then the FCC should be a piece of cake.

Tribalwar - If we were on cable, we'd make Comedy Central look like PBS.

I think he should be unbanned. This is comedy gold we're passing up. Even if it's fake it's bound to provide new and refreshing drama instead of the usual I hate orby, reggs, fngr, etc threads.
