so.. where did all of that tribalwar server donation money really go? (cliffs at end)
apparently, there was quite a bit of money left over from the $4000 server fund.
if you all remember, colosus posted a thread stating the exact amount that the new server was costing, and it was in the $2500 range.
so what happened to the rest of it?
well, normal people would assume that it was kept in the tribalwar server fund for the next monster upgrade.
normal people would be WRONG.
thanks to a tip from internet detective half the spy, officer fraggle was alerted to the fact that colosus had recently purchased a brand new laptop for his own private stash of hacker equipment.
when asked about said laptop, mr. dewald did not wither under pressure:
so let me get this straight, people donate their hard earned money to help speed tribalwar up, and a month and a half later tribalwar is slower than ever, but colosus has his own little super hacker laptop, complete with a radeon 9600 and half a gig of ram?
but theres more.
if colosus actually did pay for half of the laptop out of his pocket, and he's a man of his word, so i'll assume he did... lets figure that laptop cost around $2000, when all was said and done. thats $1000 from the tw server fund.
for this press event in san fran, colosus flew out his internet girlfriend pixiedee, in a weak attempt to finally, after 23 years of rejection, get laid.
now, colosus claims that he paid for pixiedee's flight out of his own money.
colosus is unemployed.
so. essentially what happened was, because col spend his money on the ticket as opposed to the laptop, the tribalwar server fund money actually paid for pixiedee to fly out to san francisco and NOT have sex with colosus, because of course, his fat pasty white acne ridden ass was rejected irl, even by an internet female.
your hard earned money at work folks. aren't you glad detective fraggle is on the case to report back to y'all?
this should make for 20 interesting pages.
