Well tonight I got it stuck into my mind that I wanted to add faith hammers to my crusaders loadout. This is my reasoning: When I am going around kicking ass and dealing out hard censure damage and suddenly run out of mana I don't wanna be dead in the water. Also, too many times I have casted censure on a person until they are near death and then they have about 50 hp left but I have to go ahead and waste another 50ish mana on another censure to finish them off. Why not just use a hammer as extra damage?...
So in order to accomplish this I would have to put around 80 points into the following skills: Hammer to 100% and Blessing of Strength GM. The sacrifice would come from about 20 points from liturgy (taking it down to 130% instead of 150%) and about 20 from block (taking it down to 105%). I would also have to give up the commander rune; not that bigga deal for me.
Now there is an alternative to the above solution: take 20 points out of blessing of the healing hands (was GM; it is a 85% instant heal at GM with 15 minute recast; ~50% at 20) and put 10 points each back into liturgy and block. That would take lit to a comfortable 140% and block to 115%.
I am wondering the following: How high does block have to be to be effective? 105% any good? How worth it is GM blessing of healing hands? Which option is better? Should I keep block at 105% if I take points from BHH and put 20 points into liturgy?
Thanks ...
