#1 problem with this game

Connection Rejected by Server

i know ref posted something about it, but hes getting it on join. ive been getting it in the middle of maps since 03. im not going to be able to play real comp dropping like this. HI DEVS PLEASE FIX I LOVE YOU
 
I think it has a lot to do with net connections.

I moved my maxclientrate to 10000 like Tysoft said, and it seems to have fixed it a bit.

Also, with my previous server settings, the CPU usage was always at 100%. When it doesn't constantly idle at max load, it also helps out. So the server has a lot to do with it me thinks.

Also, two people I know said that changing from LAN to CABLE/DSL also helped.
 
NAW, the # problem is that i keep getting caught in the air midflight or on the ground mid route.

i cant reproduce this, but it happens ALL the time

That's a server-side problem that is easily fixed. Bitch at the server owner, or play on a different server.
