I was down there last night, hit up Taco Nazo and bough a 12 pack and chilled out at the dog track before the soccer game. Always more chill than the US.
 
I need to explore Tijuana more when I get home to the simple apartment. I've gone to places there, but there's so many restaurants to explore. Really need to get down town to see the

Ive had season tickets for almost 4 years (I'm one of a block of 17 friends with season tickets.) And yes the food is exceptional. I know of so many places now its ridiculous, high end, low end, dive and brewery's.

The prices are also unbeatable at some places, $15peso beers and $10peso tacos for a couple hours before the game with a big group of 15 friends is perfect fun.

That is my retirement plan. Triple citizenship and get some baja property. If you buy beachfront and arent a Mexican citizen the govt can take your land at anytime.
