Make sure you have a reliable way of making ISK. Those low skill point totals combined with the free-wheeling FREEE roams will result in a lot of lost ships. Those roams are a lot of fun and result in a good number of kills, but they also blow up in their faces fairly often.
The FREEE guys are cool and I love their roaming style, but I've got 24 million SP. Most of the active FREEE members have far more SP than I do.
Just thought I'd give you a heads-up. Gotta live up to the seven P's and all that (proper previous planning prevents piss-poor performance).

We're actually very good at working extremely low SP characters into the corp. We train them in Rifters for PVP and help financially up till battlecruisers. Then we let them tag along in anomalies and plexes to learn how they work and mooch money off us rich bastards.
