I deleted it, I honestly don't see the problem with posting that here. Its pretty simple, if they aren't actually rigging this contest then there won't be an issue. If they are planning to cheat, they will get caught.

I would assume that means a minute before 4/1/09 12:01. That would be kinda silly to interpret it the other way (or am I crazy)? Also, if you end a contest on an arbitrary date, it would make sense to tie it to another event like the end of a month. (under the same reason that you would end something on the hour, or at midnight...)
