Yeah looks like its a mix of pressing out the water and letting it age in a cool place.

Making cheese is just one of those things i'd do to go through the process. I did the same thing with bread a few years ago. Just made a simple bread the first time, then like 2 weeks later im full bore into it with 3-4 bread pans cooling racks, trying different recipes.

Thats how the candlemaking started as well. Started with just like 9.95 thing from michaels, a month later i've got 2 digital turkey fryers 50-60 molds colors, scents..etc.

I'd also like to pick up a still and try making some whisky

Listen here you little **** ...

Depending on the milk used as to what type of cheese it is. Cows milk is Romano, while sheeps milk (or a mix with cows milk) is Pecorino Romano.

Bowel of Blood is saltier than all the cheese in this thread.

And anyone who eats cheese out of a jar, or mild cheddar, should have their balls cut off and spread on a cracker.

You almost have to be a cheesehead to know what that is. No doubt, it originally came from Germany or somewhere out that way.
