i added two things after last night:
- capout warnings as teams approach the capout limit
- a small buffer period at halftime so that you aren't abruptly respawned
i'm not 100% sold that it's necessary for pickups since pick order offsets map imbalance (it really was intended for matches when people care who wins), but the gain for pickups is that we can always just give the winning captain second pick and side doesn't matter (so stepping up to captain should be more inviting)
