No 1 in county jail will fuck with me I have a lot less to lose than anyone at this point. If I'm in there for a week might as well be a year.

you don't usually go to jail for a bounced check.
i know you can't afford a lawyer but shit this is why you always lawyer up.
 
Good news my probation officer isn't going to issue the warrant until Friday evening. He says it'll take a week or so to go through.

To Rayn I got charged for obtaining property for a worthless check. I closed the account cuz my job set me up with their payment network. Thought it was paid before I closed it turns out it wasn't. State of Florida gives u 60 days to pay off any bounced check. Goin down the street 1 night got pulled over an boom had a warrant a year later.
 
they say they sent me 1 letter in the mail to an address i no longer lived at and it was my fault for not updating my addy

they sent court papers to the post office and didnt notify me at any address

they fucked me pretty hard
