how to end a demo

are you dropping by hitting the demo drop button again? or manually quitting from server? manual drop should stop the demo and not restart it.

worst case you can exit tribes and restart. if that doesn't work then you have it set to always demo.

i am manually dropping after map (after the stats screen), but it makes a NEW demo oddly with names of the previous map and current until i demo drop again. kinda weird.

to drop and not record demo open console and type

maybe some1 could make a script to automate process
