Why are servers still empty except br annihilation, base and community?

this game is like 15 yrs old bud-e
I thought it didn't matter how old the game was, if we make an effort to bring new players or old players back we can revive the game?
Isn't that how everyone says it works?

I thought these videos would bring at least couple of dozens of players.
it did. 6 months ago until they couldnt keep up with nex gen players
but really it not our fault they suck
come back to tribe and get that ass spanked
