You get a casinooOOO, you get a casinooOOO and you get a casinoooOOOOOOO!!!

My problem is with the ridiculous method the states use to decide gambling laws.

In WI
state run lottery
state run scratch offs
Indian casinos
Dog track betting

In Iowa, as long as its on a river boat, it's OK!

In Illinois, slot machines everywhere and you don't have to be Indian to own a casino

The state can grant gambling licenses to whomever they want. It's ridiculous to limit it to the tribes.

And now Aipac is one of the largest lobbies in washington, there are specific laws against even speaking out against jews...oh yeah and we helped them form their own nation

And we rebuilt their nation after they picked a fight and lost

White guilt is good for repayment after the fact

Its not limited to the Tribes. The only thing that the tribes really have over anyone else when it comes to gambling is regardless of what your states says about gambling, natives can still have poker and bingo

Have you visited the Hard Rock Cafe in Munich, London, or wherever? Did you buy a T-shirt?

The Smeminole Nation bought the entire franchise.

Native American Casino And Tax Rules That May Surprise You

Quote:
2. Tribes are Tax Exempt. Gaming on Native American lands earned $26.5 billion in 2011. 236 Native American tribes operate 422 facilities across 28 states. Yet Native American tribes and their wholly owned tribal corporations are not subject to federal income taxes on their earnings.

3. The Exemption is Absolute. Some types of tax-exempt organizations are taxed on some types of income. Tribes are exempt from federal income taxes even when conducting commercial activities. They can form corporations to conduct business and their income remains exempt.
because it is a thing

you refute this?

because you can't

yet you laugh at Trump and Kushner ditching out on their "FAIR SHARE" tax burden

I had a Hard Rock Honolulu t'shirt back in the 80's, when it was still cool. It went well with my MTV t'shirts.

I'm good with the states doing it.

I don't like how my state is doing it by benefiting a small minority based on a genetic lottery.

Justifying casino ownership on 150 year old tribal BS is stupid. It's a business. Treat it as a business to best benefit the people of the state just like the state run lottery and the scratch offs.
