lets agree on one thing because i dont mean to attack grooves work i just think its silly to constantly be trying to one up ppl and small town politics does that a lot

one of you needs to get mod on this forum because dp is totally absent

this way you can umbrella the threads and organize the forum properly

Ya this sounds like SA talk. I think they are trying to gain power here and kill tribes once and for all.

rayn is anti SA because hes supportive of free speech and social darwinism, its in the tw content policy

SA relies on pc language, "irony" and a "if you arent cool ur out" subjective rule set to skew their fascist angle

theres a reason why lowtax recently was perma banned from twitter which is typically very tolerant of racists

pc authoritarian is just another way of saying straight up nazi

that said tw's main discord is mostly operated by rich SA goons, and lyon and meph certainly do a lot of SA masquerading as well as many other tribes 1 allstars and regulars. its something ive never supported and its the reason why tw's tribes talk subforum is where i picked to put effort into a sustainable t1 community for the last decade

im old now and need to focus on school so if yall are gonna kill the community with elitism or one upping each other or being small town petty that is fine with me.

i think guys like lyon and swordfish mean well but policing language on an internet video game community is totally backwards thinking.

iirc i made this thread while you were 'away' and was getting PMs about either dead links or questions about things that were missing from your (imo very good and useful) thread (partly because it hasnt been updated in 3+ years)

so i made this thread so that hopefully people read it and it would save me spending a ridiculous amount of time answering questions in discord and here. i tracked down and personally re-hosted a ton of dead links. its not even in my best interest to recommend my own configs - it's a lot easier just to say 'use storks/dares and ask them your questions'

nothing would make me happier than seeing someone else step up to the plate and write stuff up for newbies (which is why i always appreciate your threads/input/help and was the first reply to your old thread thanking you for it)

im always willing to help out but i have a lot on my plate these days and dont really have the time nor the will to write up more stuff

and even then, i've still updated this thread at least 3 times in the last month alone (added FAQ about the DPI/mouse issue, added opsayos 1.41 thread/link and added storks proconfig v3) and would be very grateful for any additions anyone would like to make (as long as i dont have to do all the work)
 
Just for the record, if you’re going to have a thread where people come to find working configs, maybe keep the conspiracy theories about SA out of it? Just sayin’.
