Skill book (capital ship)

skill books don't really vary in price. the exception might be skills that are dropped as mission rewards. Capital Ships is definitely not one of those skills.

I just bought and trained this last week, cost me whatever the standard NPC selling price is. something in the hundreds of millions. It's just the cost of kicking ass.

Yeah, if anything, non-npc prices will be higher unless you find that rare opportunity when someone bought the wrong skill or too many and need to get rid of it.
