Fraggle, I don't know you at all or anything, but you seem like a cool dude, why don't you spend some of your money on a personal trainer and nutritionist and see if you can be a cool dude for a few decades longer?

i have poor genetics and dieting won't help that. i could get weight loss surgery, and lord knows i can afford it, but at this time i'm content the way i am and not interested in the ridiculously high 12 month mortality rate associated with stomach stapling.
