Nice job man.

I have done the same thing with the same success. It's not hard to lose weight if you watch what you eat/drink. I just need to get back on the wagon and stop eating anything I want.

Are you commenting on what I wrote? If so, it's clear you didn't read it, as the point of the post is that you can lose FAT by changing your dietary habits. Not to be confused with a diet.

I lost about 30 pounds by just cutting back on fast food (being a college student, it's a bad habit) and making turkey sandwiches + some veggie (beans, brocoli, or something) as a side for dinner almost every night

It was boring and it gets old, but it worked. Of course I've gained like 8 of those pounds back now, because I got lazy and get tired of eating the same bland stuff every day.

The "puberty at 8" phenomenon is not new. Research in this area has shown that regardless of what the chemicals in our food are doing us, it is not causing an un-natural amount of early puberty in children. The percentage is the same as it always has been, but because we have so many more people, it appears to be more common. There are medical journal articles on the subject if you have access to those databases.

Some studies suggest that growth hormones in animals are directly related to increased breast size in girls whose boobs are supposedly developing earlier and bigger. How can this be a bad thing!?

They're also encouraged to gain weight in addition to working out. More mass improved their performance on the line.

Yes. Organic 2%. I pretty much need to have milk in the house for the kids as well, but I also will drink a glass if I feel like it.
