Who Replied?Kevin smith has been doing these semi-indie podcasts and shows full time lately. I listened to a few of his podcasts and its sort of cool, he talks about batman and movies and whatnot a lot. Its interesting to hear some of his stories.
He's said on his show that the reason his recent movies all sucked is that he lives a completely different lifestyle now. He lives in a mansion and hangs out with professional / executive type people all the time. He's out of touch with the style that his movies were popular for (young slacker stoner lower middle class types) and he realizes that now.
So with that in mind I wonder how this movie will be...

i liked clerks, mallrats, chasing amy and dogma
jay and silent bob strike back was pretty funny
clerks 2 was pretty bad but maybe id just had enough of his style, i havent seen anything he's made since
Pretty much yeah.

The first Clerks was great the next few we're alright. The second Clerks was not good, at all. Back to the well I suppose...
