It's an MMO, it's kind of hard to review a game that no one has "completed" in over 2 years.
That said, the basic premise is that it's a ship-based MMO set among a large galaxy far from the home of humanity. There's war, strife, etc, and what it all comes down to is that except for the core systems, most of the galaxy is completed unclaimed by NPCs and up for grabs by players. Large corporations(guilds) then claim pieces of space, build stations inside of their claim and ships/guns to guard it, and then try to take over even more space(usually from another corp). The game is largely player-based, most stuff is built by players, used by players, destroyed by players, and this is what the developer(CCP) intends.
