Trump is going to prison

It doesn't matter the circumstance, according to you he should not have hired someone who would commit a federal crime regardless.

Yeah but these crimes are business related. A lot of them are lying to the FBI in an investigation of their boss. Cohen (aside from the tax fraud) is conducting business on behalf of the president, as the president's lawyer. And Manafort.. yeah I'll grant you the tax/bank fraud isn't president related, but wait until this next trial drops.. I think we got the evidence list last night, I should google that..

edit: can't find it, wonder if it got delayed.

A new report indicates that David Pecker, chairman of American Media Inc., publisher of the National Enquirer and longtime friend of President Donald Trump, is turning on the president by corroborating Michael Cohen‘s accounts in conversations with federal prosecutors.

The Wall Street Journal says Pecker has been granted immunity as he talks to investigators about what he knows of Cohen’s hush money schemes on Trump’s behalf ahead of the 2016 election. The report says Pecker has been cooperating with investigators for months since he and his company were subpoenaed around the same time when investigators raided Cohen’s offices.

that sounds.. not great for potus?

It does not matter. Arguing that a person is guilty because of whom they associate with is a fallacious argument. Stating that a person should know better than to hire someone who has committed a federal crime when they have either A) Not yet done so, or B) Never been charged with one to begin with, is warped authoritarian logic.

That literally has nothing to do with this, and if you think it does, you don't understand how RICO works at all.

The most recent RICO defendant was Donald J. Trump. It was a class action against Trump University that was settled shortly after the election for $25 million.

I told you to research it. You didn't listen.

It's very similar to Nixon, but much worse. It's not the actual crime, but the conspiracy to cover it up that has made things bad.

Junior is in a world of trouble. He's committed crimes that are going to have him biting pillow for the rest of his life. His father is implicated in that trouble, and is looking at impeachment and removal from office, at the very least. The hammer on the nail will be the investigation. Even Republicans are calling this presidency a dumpster fire.

I continue at TW because it is populated by men that love Trump more than their country. It's become an interesting place.

Nixon, Nixon, Nixon

if you say it six more times you will make it true

and win a free drink at the local casino

pretty sure that is how any of this works

Irrelevant. You're simply attempting to change the subject from your demonstrably stupid statement instead of simply admitting that it was stupid.

yes fool, I'm attempting to "change the subject" from Trump potentially being the subject of a RICO investigation by pointing out that Trump has already been the defendant in a RICO case. How's that work again? Maybe you want to give that post another shot.

No, the subject was you stating "don't hire people who commit federal crimes". You never even mentioned RICO until now, as if that has anything to do with the fallacious nature of your post.
