but that is the neat thing about weighted means and averages
the yet to be known 50% doesn't care about the provable 50% we already know and can map/prove
so if you are shooting for an average of 100 IQ (normalized)
it doesn't help if you scored a 50 IQ on your first 50% of possible cognitive questions
it is like telling someone they can't get an A in the class when they got a C on their first 2 out of 3 tests
