you don't need to do cardio, just warm up before you work out by running in place/jumping jacks/etc. then do tons of push ups/curls/squats. you'll sweat like a rug burn beast, easy way to lose fat around the chest/stomach

You can't target fat loss.

It's completely true; fat in your body is a dynamic fuel tank. When you work out your stomach muscles, your body doesn't necessarily use the fat closest to the muscle to provide energy. That's determined by your 'fat patterning' which is determined by genetics. This is also involved in why you generally see that fat which goes on last comes off first.

I'm sure the only way you're out-curling people like that is if you're cheating the movement.

Nope, just a curling monster thats all.

When I first began working out I started with 30's. Moved to 40's quite fast then I started doin Barbell Curls because Arnold's section in a magazine said he got no better pump for biceps than with Barbell Curls. I started at 80lb Barbell and that was difficult, stayed at that weight for a good few months then I went to 90's.

I started taking Creatine and No-Xplode, Went to 100's then 110's and max 1 Rep is 140lbs. For my normal routine I do 110 8x3 sets.

Dumbells I do 55lb Hammer Curls and 50's for Alternating Dumbell Curls.

actually, recent studies have shown that the body will increase fat consumption in a given area, when worked out, by up to 30%. It was a few months ago I believe but it was a pretty big deal so I'm sure more studies are being done, or have been done since then.

The study I read about was specific to the legs I believe. They worked out one leg and not the other, and tested if there was any difference in fat to energy conversion. The worked out leg had a 30% increase.

EDIT: unfortunately I didnt read it online, and while I can find plenty of links to research saying the same thing, nothing near the 30% range.
