Yesterday morning was 32 degrees. After I got out of the shower, I walked outside naked to the world and dripping wet. Forty degrees is T-shirt weather for me.

This morning was 35 degrees. Pfft.

I use the phrase "cold as balls" to describe the current weather.

slacking.
I was going to post something, but KREMS is on timeout in our friendship because he's a terrible XBL friend.

I appreciate the concern though and will let you know when I lift this temporary friendship ban.

They don't die, they hibernate unexpectedly and re-animate when the temperature rises above 40.

You have to clobber them, snap their neck, that's the only "humane" way...I got one yesterday.

Cold tightens grip, all the way to Fla. iguanas - Yahoo! News

Quote:
It was so cold in Florida, freezing iguanas were seen falling out of trees. Experts say the cold-blooded reptiles become immobilized when the temperature falls into the 40s and they lose their grip on the tree.

Cousins were all from NJ and me from New Orleans, they were wearing shorts and wind breakers and I had an Artic Survival Suit

Yesterday's "Feels like 28" in Miami was pretty cold. I had to put on real shoes instead of flip-flops. I was devastated.

word. I would see the opposite in high school in San Diego, too. We would host a cross country team from oregon for one of the races in southern california each year, and they were more used to running in snow than out in the desert. each year a few would pass out from the heat during the race. good times
