[General Q] vl2 files - how to make

I'm trying to bundle together some scripts and reticles, etc into a single vl2 file. I hear that a vl2 file is basically an uncompressed zip file. I'm using winzip, it doesn't seem to have an option for bundling, but not compressing files. It's also non-ideal for gettign the relative folder information setup correctly.

Anyone know how to make winzip make an uncompressed zip file?
Is there anohter program that is better suited to this?

weird thing is that I did it anyway, making it compress the files ... and it seems to work fine. !?!?!?!?

You can compress them too, T2 doesn't really care (at least on my PCs). Just choose "None" under compression in WinZip to bundle them if that is your goal.
