does anyone have "smartrotation.cs"?

i'm looking for smartrotation.cs, it used to be on dare's server but it looks like it got deleted as some point. it let us change the rotation based on the number of players in the server.
 
Didn't Community server have that? If you still need it I can look through old files. Should have a backup somewhere.
