tbh i have done a 180 on software based voting/tracking/recording. it is evident that america does not understand what software or computing is and we cannot expect that to be communicated at a time when even basic numbers are beyond the public grasp. so we need to go back to chiseling x marks into walls for voting.
once upon a time i would've said ah yes but in the future we will be ready for software. but computer literacy has been plummeting probably moreso due to apple than our education system. a populus that accesses information exclusively through computers that does not understand what a program is. this won't be a problem.

and no i do not support voter id. placing additional burdens on people who do not have a driver's license is an extremely arbitrary way of sorting the electorate and it is only supported by republicans because they have demographic research that shows it will help them win elections. the exact same as in person only voting and gerry mandering. it has nothing to do with principles.
if we are going to put restrictions on who votes and here me now it must be done, it should be vote weighting based on iq with optional civics/history test for bonus points. anyone who shows up can vote but without certified iq they must take the test. this is an actual meaningful sort that enfranchises rather than disenfranchising.

weighted by iq. iq cutoff is moronic. whitey 105s think they're brilliant compared to black 95s but both are retards from up at jew level. enfranchisement, not disenfranchisement

Min credit rating of 670 would be a good idea.
Outside of that -
If you are legally registered to vote and have a bank account - you get special "Vote Pennies" put in our bank account for federal elections. One token per position.
You transfer the vote penny to the account of the candidate you want to vote for.
All unused vote pennies are accounted for.
The candidate with the highest balance in their account at the end wins.
The accounts are opened for transactions on election day. The accounts are closed for transactions at midnight. We all have 24 hours to perform the transaction.
The banking system is robust and easy to audit.
Done.

yeah idk about transferring the power of the electorate to banks. the ones flying pedophiles around private islands hiding pizza funds etc.
and anything tied to finance for vote weighting also does not work. wealth already translates to greater political power you are doubling down.
